Hey Friends.
This week has been one of those weeks for me. Plenty of breakdowns and just feeling like my mind is heavy.
As a new mom, things can get really overwhelming and sometimes cause you to doubt yourself. This week, I’ve done a lot of that. I’ve doubted myself in areas I know I’ve worked on and progressed in. I’ve doubted my growth and ability to choose joy and peace for myself.
If you’re like me and you’re working on overcoming self-doubt, here are some positive affirmations to try.
1. I am worthy of peace and joy.
2. I have grown to become the person I want to see when looking in the mirror.
3. I am deserving of the best version of me.
4. I trust my process.
5. I embrace all of my attributes and areas for growth.
6. I invite confidence into my life while dismissing self-doubt.
7. I do not compare myself to others’ accomplishments.
8. I extend grace to myself.
9. I will not overthink things I know or things I cannot control.
10. I love myself.
