Hi Sisters,

This week we would like to highlight some good books for the ladies.

One of the hobbies that I’ve picked up during postpartum is reading a nonfiction book that has opened my eyes to different perspectives.

It was vital for me to find time to sit in peace and quiet whenever I got the chance. Reading became my go-to during that time of quietness.

Now if you’re like me, there was a point when books were just not my thing and it was hard to choose what would be a good read. Well, sis, I am here for you! We all have different tastes, so hopefully, you will find joy in one of these picks.

This year, I’ve enjoyed reading Tabitha Brown’s Feeding The Soul and Michelle Obama’s The Light We Carry. Both books highlight different situations that these women had to go through during their many times of life-altering events and how they came out of it.

I realized from both books that life will happen but it’s how you choose to handle it. So, if you’re looking for inspirational novels by women I would highly recommend starting with these two.

But let’s get into some other good reads to get you started with your new hobby.
